Great New Zealand Real Estate Project - Terms and Conditions

1. Project Purpose: The purpose of this project is to collect information on people's views of the real estate industry in New Zealand to help improve the industry. The project aims to gather insights and opinions to better understand the perceptions, experiences, and preferences of participants regarding the real estate market.
    

2. Project Administrator: The project is conducted by Trinity Network, as part of the Great New Zealand Real Estate Project. Trinity Network is committed to ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of the project.
    

3. Participant Eligibility: The project is open to individuals aged 18 and above who are residents of New Zealand. Participants must meet this age requirement and reside in New Zealand to be eligible to participate.
    

4. Collection of Personally Identifiable Information (PII): The project may collect personally identifiable information (PII) from participants, including but not limited to names, email addresses, and demographic information. This information will be collected solely for the purpose of contacting the individual and sharing project updates and results. All PII will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations and the project administrator's privacy policy.
    

5. Data Use and Protection: Non PII data collected during the project will be used for statistical analysis, analytics, and research purposes related to the real estate industry. The data may be aggregated, anonymized, and used for marketing, sold, transferred, or used to generate intellectual property rights to the aggregated data. Trinity Network will own all intellectual property rights in and to the data collected. The project administrator will take appropriate measures to ensure the protection and confidentiality of participant data, following industry-standard practices and in compliance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.
    

6. Incentives: As a token of appreciation for participating in the project, participants will have the opportunity to enter a draw to win a $200 Prezzy Card. 7. Project Duration: The project will be available for participants to contribute from 21 June 2023 until 01 October 2023. Participants are encouraged to complete their contributions within this period. Contributions received before the start date or after the end date will not be considered.
    

8. Participant Limitations: Participation in the project is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and residents of New Zealand. There are no other specific limitations or restrictions on who can participate in the project.
    

9. Project Results Publication: The project results, in aggregated and anonymized form, may be published or shared with relevant stakeholders, including but not limited to the real estate industry, researchers, and the general public. No personal data or personally identifiable information will be shared in the published results. Participant anonymity and confidentiality will be maintained to the best extent possible. The project administrator will take precautions to ensure that individual contributions cannot be linked back to specific participants.
    

10. The project administrator will endeavor to respond to participant queries in a timely and professional manner.
     

By participating in the Great New Zealand Real Estate Project, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and consent to the collection, processing, and use of their data as outlined herein.
